By accessing or using Luvly, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Luvly is committed to protecting user freedom and privacy.
Sign in with Apple: You may choose to sign in using your Apple ID to sync preferences across devices or manage your posted content.
Responsibility: Whether logged in or using the App anonymously, you are responsible for all activities conducted through your device or account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
To maintain a safe, friendly, and high-quality pet-sharing community, you agree not to upload, publish, distribute, or display any of the following content:
Illegal or Prohibited Content: Content that violates applicable laws or regulations, threatens public safety, promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, harassment, fraud, or other unlawful activities.
Explicit or Inappropriate Content: Pornographic, obscene, graphic, disturbing, or otherwise inappropriate content unsuitable for users of all ages.
Intellectual Property Infringement: You must own or have proper authorization for all content you upload. Unauthorized copying, impersonation, reposting, or misuse of others’ content is prohibited.
Privacy Violations: Unauthorized disclosure of personal information, private content, or infringement of another person’s rights.
False or Misleading Content: Including deceptive information, impersonation of others, or pretending to represent official entities.
Spam and Abuse: Repetitive posting, spam, malicious advertising, fraudulent traffic generation, cheating, or any behavior that disrupts normal platform operations.
Malicious Technical Activities: Including malware, viruses, automated abuse tools, hacking attempts, or interference with the App’s functionality or security.
You understand and agree that Luvly reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or moderate content, limit feature access, or suspend/block accounts or devices that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.
To maintain a safe and high-quality pet community, Luvly uses a combined moderation system involving automated detection and human review.
Images and public content uploaded by users may undergo automated server-side safety checks, including but not limited to:
Basic Safety Detection Services: Used to identify illegal, explicit, violent, malicious, or clearly prohibited content.
Enhanced Moderation Services: Used to further evaluate content quality, community compliance, and potential risk behaviors.
These automated checks may rely on AI technologies or third-party security services to help protect the community and platform security.
Content identified as potentially risky, reported by users, or otherwise requiring further investigation may be reviewed manually by our moderation team. Human review may include examining images, text, account behavior, and related contextual information to determine whether content violates these Terms or community standards.
Luvly provides in-app reporting features. If you encounter content that is inappropriate, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may report it through the App or contact us directly.
Based on review results, we may take actions including but not limited to:
Removing or restricting content visibility;
Issuing warnings to users;
Limiting certain features;
Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts or device access;
Cooperating with legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Luvly provides optional premium subscription services that unlock additional features and enhanced user experiences.
Users may choose from the following subscription options:
Weekly Premium — US$9.99
Monthly Premium — US$29.99
Quarterly Premium — US$79.99
Creator Membership (Limited Availability)
Creator Membership — US$14.99
Creator Membership is a limited-access subscription offering exclusive creator resources and tools. This subscription is strictly limited to 3 users only. Once all available slots are occupied, new subscriptions will not be available until a slot becomes available.
Purchase Confirmation: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account once the purchase is confirmed.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Renewal Charges: Renewal fees will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the active subscription period.
Subscription Management: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions and disable auto-renewal at any time through: Settings → Account Settings → Subscription
Pricing Changes: Subscription prices may be updated from time to time. Any pricing adjustments will take effect only after prior notice and upon the next renewal cycle, where applicable.
To provide core app functionality, Luvly uses the following third-party services and infrastructure providers:
• Apple Sign In
Used for user authentication and account login. Apple may process authentication-related data in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policies.
• Alibaba Cloud
Used for backend infrastructure, cloud hosting, networking, database, and data storage services.
• Alibaba Qwen AI Services
Used for AI-powered pet image recognition, automatic caption generation, tag generation, and related AI content features. Uploaded images or related content may be processed temporarily to generate AI responses and improve feature quality.
We only use third-party services necessary for operating and improving the App. We do not sell user personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
• Qiniu Cloud
Used for media file storage, image hosting, and content delivery services for user-uploaded images and related media resources.
• NetEase Yunxin (NIM SDK)
Used to provide in-app instant messaging, chat communication, and related real-time interaction features between users.
• Adjust Analytics and Attribution
The app uses Adjust for app analytics and installation attribution. Adjust may collect limited device and usage information to help us measure app performance, analyze marketing campaigns, and improve user experience.

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the photos and content you upload to Luvly.
License Grant: By uploading content, you grant Luvly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, recommend, operate, and promote your content within the App and related services.
Your privacy is one of Luvly’s core values.
Minimal Data Collection: In anonymous usage mode, data collection is limited to basic technical information necessary for the App to function.
Account Deletion: Registered users may delete their account and related data at any time through: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
Anonymous Users: Anonymous users may clear local data by uninstalling the App; however, publicly shared community content may still remain subject to moderation and compliance requirements.
Provided “As Is”: Luvly is provided without warranties of any kind, including guarantees of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
User Content Disclaimer: As a community platform provider, Luvly is not responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, or legality of user-generated content.
Moderation Disclaimer: Although we use automated detection, human review, and user reporting mechanisms, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate or violating content will be identified or removed promptly.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Because anonymous users cannot always be directly notified, we encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Luvly after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
